Payment
We only accept payment via credit card or Paypal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Diners or American Express Cards.
However, if you wish to pay via Cheque or EFT,
please contact one of our staff
on (03) 5964 2488 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).
Payment must be made at the time your order is placed.
We do not accept cash or payment on delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Any refunds for online, phone or fax orders are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
Order Cancellations
If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, please contact Charlie Cherry™ as soon as possible on (03) 5964 2488.
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- An order that has been placed, but not yet despatched may be cancelled.
- We will be unable to cancel an order that is already on its way to you.
Re-Delivery
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. No one available to take receipt) a flat $11 redelivery fee will apply.
